PiKA made its first serious run at SPIRIT's Course Record with a remarkable House Record time of 2:07.05. This winning time being a 1.6 second improvement on the prior House Record and then Course Record set in 1986. Still this time fell almost 1 full second short of that needed to regain possession of the Course Record. Of note, B-Team's second day run of 2:08.5 also surpassed the 1986 time. That B-Team run was however disqualified.
Weather prevented the completion of Saturday rolls. The Day 1 times did not count and some teams did not run at all (DNR). Races were then officially run on Sunday.
The woman's A-Team took 1st Place with a new women's Course Record time of 2:35.66. Also the PiKA Alumni made their presence known by running Vengence for a phenomenal record alumni time of 2:15.62!
